About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile team at Thales. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating our team's collaboration and ensuring the successful implementation of Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile team meetings, workshops, and discussions to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Implement and manage Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and develop teams and product owners in self-organization.
- Analyze and interpret data from sprint metrics, burndown & -up charts, and velocity reports to improve team performance.
- Ensure the Sprint Backlog is safeguarded, prioritized work items are included, and the team can deliver committed work without scope creep and in time.
About You
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Large-Scale Agile frameworks, particularly SAFE. You should have expertise in using Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps and be able to analyze and interpret data to improve team performance.
