Customer Care Coordinator - Key Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Key Accounts Customer Service Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing frontline responses to queries and requests from our Key Account clients. As a Key Accounts Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Bilingualism in English and Dutch (written and spoken).

  • A competitive market-based salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum.
