Key Responsibilities:- Provision, operation, and optimization of central telephone systems and associated technologies for the contact center
- Support the project team in migrating existing telecommunications systems to VoIP and implementing new operating processes
- Act as an interface and first point of contact for external service providers and coordinate teams on site
- Specialist knowledge in communication technology infrastructures (VoIP, UCC systems, voicemail, IVR, call centers)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in administration and troubleshooting in large networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- A competitive salary of €74 gross per month for full-time employment
