The Business Analyst will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and availability.
Key Responsibilities- Gain a deep understanding of our current services, including VPI & ATOSI, and align with Solera's Demand Management process to prioritize features with the highest value.
- Elaborate on epics and user stories in collaboration with the product owner, ensuring they are refined and prioritized on the backlog for the development team.
- Help build performance testing, including acceptance testing by customer groups, and provide testing evidence for ISAE3402 audits.
- Write detailed product documentation, such as user guides and release notes, based on developer-delivered documentation.
- Ensure every production release meets the Change Advisory Board's standards.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for the development team, supporting them in refining stories and discussing sprint progress during SCRUM meetings.
- Provide support for client-related questions about our services.
- At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst with B2B web services.
- Knowledge of the Dutch insurance market is a significant advantage.
- A keen eye for detail and strong linguistic skills, including fluency in Dutch and clear communication in English.
- Problem-solving abilities, analytical nature, and top-notch conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders within a matrix organization.
- A 'work-hard, play-hard, not-quitting' attitude, good humor, and a sense of perspective.
- Knowledge of the Dutch MGA branch and their insurance products in the market.
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile and tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce.
