About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in West Europe. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our machines at customer sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute installation jobs
  • Conduct service visits and troubleshoot production issues
  • Manage local employees in larger installation projects
  • Keep in touch with and report to customers on progress
  • Train customers and provide feedback to colleagues
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronical engineering or vocational level degree with several years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and controls engineering is an advantage
  • Strong affinity with process engineering and/or food production
  • Good command of the English language
  • Relevant EU travel and work documents
  • Willingness to travel regionally
