About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Communication team. As a key member of our global marketing strategy, you will be responsible for shaping our digital presence and driving lead generation across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital tools, apps, and campaigns, closely monitoring performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital efforts align with evolving business objectives.
  • Lead a dedicated team of professionals, mentoring and guiding them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, exploring new avenues to engage and connect with customers worldwide.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Digital, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C digital marketing roles.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages such as German, Dutch, French, or Spanish a valuable asset.
  • Experience with CRM and/or CMS platforms, including Drupal, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for optimization and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate strategic plans into actionable tasks.
