IT Product Support Specialist

At Philips, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in transforming cancer diagnosis and treatment with our Digital Pathology solutions.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an IT Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving B2B customer escalation tickets, and maintaining knowledge management lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver knowledge sharing with customer-facing teams to build skills and expertise.
- Provide operational support to the market TSS as part of the BIU Helpdesk.
- Assess customer problems, accept formal escalation action requests, and work with development resources to bring problems to a resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and initiate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
- Consult with Security Officer (SSO) on potential security events and develop action plans.
- Provide NPI support, including Field Factory Installations (FFI), First Of a Kind (FOK), and Field Monitoring Activities (FMT).
- Monitor the installed base, support development and implementation of strategies, and provide technical support for complaint handling unit (CHU).
- Review and update knowledge articles, author new articles, and keep self-updated with latest technologies.
- Significant experience in business, technical, and clinical domains with a strong understanding of service delivery and escalation management in a B2B environment.
- Proficient in knowledge management, escalation management, and providing technical support.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or healthcare.
- Ability to manage cloud and enterprise solutions, stay updated with the latest technologies, and drive business improvement initiatives effectively.
