Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our UPS systems.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Support regional service teams with technical inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Analyse complex field issues, write customer reports, recommendations, and implement field campaigns to prevent future breakdowns
  • Lead projects and ensure progress is being made
  • Conduct statistical analysis of reported issues
  • Perform root cause analyses for complex breakdowns
  • Communicate technical information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle warranty claims in our ERP system and assess their validity
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Regional Service departments on technical issues and improvements


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or similar software
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures
