Key Responsibilities- Lead and represent the business at kick-off meetings with customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Facilitate customer teleconferences, visits, and audits to provide timely reports and updates.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive the closure of Problem Reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Proven experience in project management or equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Strong customer leadership skills with the ability to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Proficiency in personal computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Accredited college or university-recognized professional degree, preferably in a health-related field.
- Understanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.
- Validated experience with customers in a dynamic environment.
