Dutch Product Manager Leader for Hemato-Oncology

Company Overview:

BeiGene continues to expand its presence in the European market, and we are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our efforts in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive patient access to our innovative products.

About the Role:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a bonus structure. You will be responsible for translating our international strategy into operational tactics and assets to support the Dutch market. This includes driving the development of marketing strategies, leading tactical execution, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to design customer-centric promotional tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive patient access to BeiGene products
  • Lead the tactical execution of omnichannel marketing activities, including brand plans and promotional materials
  • Partner with Country Managers and commercial teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
  • Contribute to Commercial Operations activities, such as launch readiness tracking and business review preparation
  • Own and manage the Marketing budget for the Netherlands and ensure regular tracking and reporting of relevant KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline
  • 7+ years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, with 5+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical or biotech
  • Local Dutch experience is essential, with fluency in both verbal and written Dutch and English
  • Demonstrated success in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, solution-oriented, and a positive attitude
  • Exceptional communication and thought leadership skills
