Job Summary

Vestiging Venray Standaard is seeking a highly skilled Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring logistics processes to ensure correct delivery to customers and monitoring project goals both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement logistics processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze project goals to ensure timely completion and within budget
  • Provide clear information to the team and support them in achieving project goals
  • Monitor planning and lead times of orders to customers to ensure timely delivery
  • Control costs and provide accurate information to the Finance department
  • Identify areas for improvement in cost control and processes
  • Ensure order administration is well organized and efficient

Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in French, German, or Spanish
  • Hold an HBO/Bachelor degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, with experience in VMI and JIT systems a plus
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
