Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at DLL. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for creating and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the overall strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create user stories that accurately capture customer needs and demands
  • Prioritize the backlog based on business value add
  • Define acceptance criteria for each sprint
  • Provide regular feedback to team members using the DLL job framework and company core values
  • Ensure the team is optimally staffed in terms of capabilities, seniority, and size
  • Manage dependencies with other SCRUM teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure the release of the product meets customer expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably with knowledge of compliance related to client onboarding
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintaining systems or a comparable role
  • Affinity with user management and change management procedures
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into IT capabilities and vice versa
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch language proficiency is preferred

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, and required to work several days a week in our office.
