Product Owner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team at ASML.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, with a proven track record of leadership and management skills. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and communication of the Solutions Roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overall organizational strategy and long-term goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong cross-functional collaboration with IT, Procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of technology solutions with organizational strategies
  • Engage with executives and key stakeholders independently, leading effective communication and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
  • Have a deep understanding of business priorities, oversee, and strategically manage the overall Solution backlog
  • Lead market trend analysis, identifying opportunities for strategic advantage
  • Proactively identify, assess, and address complex business and IT opportunities and risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate potential issues

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with agile teams, inspiring them with your vision, leadership, and focus on building the next generation of products. You will prioritize features that deliver maximum value, working well with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree
  • Agile and SAFe certifications
  • 8+ years of work experience, with at least 3-4 years in a Product Owner role in an Agile, multidisciplinary environment
  • Proven track record of leadership / managerial skills
  • Proven prior experience as a Product Owner in a scaled agile environment (SAFe) is preferable
  • Experience with Integrated Workplace Management System (IWSM), Building Automation, and Smart applications is preferable
