About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished project manager with a strong affinity for sustainable technology and product development to lead our energy management projects.

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in project management within technical or industrial settings, with a proven track record of success in traditional and agile methodologies.

You will be responsible for managing complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and serving as a crucial link in communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage energy management projects from design to execution, focusing on developing and implementing energy solutions and advanced industrial products.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and support team members in achieving project goals, ensuring clear planning, risk management, and budget control.
  • Translate technical and commercial issues into actionable strategies, effectively communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Integrate new technologies such as energy management systems, charging solutions, and energy storage systems, contributing to innovation by exploring new possibilities in collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in physics, engineering, energy management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within technical or industrial settings, with a strong affinity for sustainable technology and product development.
  • Experience with traditional and agile project management methods.
  • Strong leadership qualities, ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Estimated Salary
