We are seeking an accomplished project manager with a strong affinity for sustainable technology and product development to lead our energy management projects.
This role requires at least 5 years of experience in project management within technical or industrial settings, with a proven track record of success in traditional and agile methodologies.
You will be responsible for managing complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and serving as a crucial link in communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage energy management projects from design to execution, focusing on developing and implementing energy solutions and advanced industrial products.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and support team members in achieving project goals, ensuring clear planning, risk management, and budget control.
- Translate technical and commercial issues into actionable strategies, effectively communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
- Integrate new technologies such as energy management systems, charging solutions, and energy storage systems, contributing to innovation by exploring new possibilities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in physics, engineering, energy management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within technical or industrial settings, with a strong affinity for sustainable technology and product development.
- Experience with traditional and agile project management methods.
- Strong leadership qualities, ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
