About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and information based on business requirements. Your expertise will play a vital role in scaling effective enterprise-grade IAM solution initiatives and creating vision-driven strategies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to research and introduce technology products to fulfill DLL's IAM needs, assess IAM capabilities, and develop automation capabilities to accommodate streamlined provisioning and reporting. You will also manage technical requirements, deliver features to infrastructure and application teams, and provide technical direction and guidance to your team and other stakeholders.

As an Identity Management Engineer at DLL, you will work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to execute projects successfully. Your ability to create and refine adaptable and scalable processes using Lean concepts will be essential in driving implementation of these services.

Additionally, we offer competitive salary ranges:

$115,000 - $155,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
