The Product Owner Infrastructure Platforms is a pivotal role within our organization at ASML, responsible for shaping the long-term vision and roadmap of our infrastructure products and platforms.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders, align on vision and content, and prioritize tasks to meet objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex software development processes and be able to motivate the team to refine internal and external demand and pull work from the backlog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a long-term vision and roadmap that translates stakeholder and team needs into PI objectives and Iteration goals.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders on their needs and concerns, aligning on vision, content, and prioritization.
  • Maintain a trusted partnership with the team and key stakeholders in the train, building effective negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Keep an economic view on the long-term team backlog to meet objectives, challenging guardrails while balancing high-impact, early feedback, and low cost over time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree with substantial experience in engineering or IT.
  • Comprehensive experience as Product Owner and working at tactical level.
  • Understanding of the business context, ownership, Minimal Viable Product thinking, and long-term planning.
  • Good infrastructure product/domain knowledge.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of complex software development processes.
