About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to design, implement, and maintain NOC solutions, as well as provide operational support to our European Data Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day incident management of servers and NOC equipment, as well as ad-hoc project work.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain NOC solutions
- Provide operational support to our European Data Center
- Manage day-to-day incident management of servers and NOC equipment
- Participate in ad-hoc project work
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of NOC experience
- Hands-on experience with internet routing protocols and concepts of TCP/IP, BGP & OSPF
- Good working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and strong basic knowledge of L2 switching and L3 routing
- Experience with network operating systems such as Forti OS, HPE/Aruba, Arista EOS, and Junos
- Good network analytics and troubleshooting skills using packet capture and other monitoring tools
- Architecture and core technologies such as Firewalls, NAT, ACLs, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, etc.
