Product Manager/Strategic Product Lead Netherlands

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to ensure patient access to BeiGene products in the Dutch market.
- Translate international/European strategy into operational tactics and assets to support Dutch market growth.
- Contribute to developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and achieve defined commercial targets.
- Drive business decisions centered around patient care while maintaining high standards of ethical conduct.
Essential Functions
- Develop and lead the tactical execution of omnichannel marketing activities for Zanubrutinib (Brukinsa) and Tislelizumab (Tevimbra).
- Partner with Country Manager in pre-launch and launch activities.
- Design and develop customer-centric promotional tools and materials.
- Identify agencies/vendors/tools to benefit tactic execution.
- Participate in national and international congresses, scientific meetings, symposia, and workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline.
- 7+ years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, 5+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical or biotech.
- Demonstrated success in small but fast-growing entrepreneurial commercial environments.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, solution-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Exceptional communication and thought leadership skills.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €80,000 to €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
