Senior Affiliate Manager Opportunity

At Adhoq, a fast-growing performance advertising startup with deep expertise in digital advertising and adtech, we're seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Strategist Lead to join our team. This critical role will play a pivotal part in the expansion of our affiliate network.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced professional to develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies that align with our company objectives and targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies
  • Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach
  • Negotiating and managing affiliate contracts and agreements
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the affiliate industry
  • A solid understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
