We are seeking an experienced Revenue Strategist to join our dynamic team and take ownership of revenue strategies for our high-performing hotels. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, optimize revenue, and lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive revenue across all segments, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and objectives.
  • Lead the weekly Revenue Meeting to collaborate on revenue management, sales, and marketing strategy, driving impactful decisions that benefit operations and profitability.
  • Support additional hotels within your assigned region with revenue/sales/marketing processes, systems management, pricing, strategy, and reporting.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in a hotel or cluster environment, with a strong understanding of systems and hotel operations.
  • Tech-savvy, with expertise in Opera Cloud PMS, Ideas G3 RMS, Travel Click CRS, and TARS (Accor CRS).
  • A natural leader, able to inspire and motivate others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
