**Job Description**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operational Excellence Leader to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our HR processes and systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive process and compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to regulatory standards within the EMEA region. This includes identifying compliance gaps, designing targeted implementation projects, and driving their execution in collaboration with HR, Legal, Operational, and Functional teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong HR process and project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of leading successful HR compliance process projects that drive business impact and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Employee Success (HR), Business Technology, and other relevant functional teams to understand requirements, assess gaps, align on priorities, design end-to-end process solutions and controls, and guide the documentation of mitigation efforts.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, and manage end-to-end delivery of compliance projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end process design by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to map current and future-state workflows, identify compliance requirements, and implement streamlined, efficient processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager or HR Operational leader, managing large-scale, complex compliance programs within matrixed organizations, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end process design by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to map current and future-state workflows, identify compliance requirements, and implement streamlined, efficient processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of complex HR-related statutory, regulatory, collective, industry, and/or professional compliance standards, with a focus on EMEA-specific countries.
