We are seeking a highly skilled Global Maintenance Excellence Manager to join our team at Nutreco External.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy maintenance excellence systems, tools, and processes to drive improvement across the organization.
- Support the sustainability and energy reduction agenda by implementing effective maintenance strategies and practices.
- Establish performance routines and KPIs to measure maintenance strategy effectiveness and ensure regular review and improvement.
- Lead the development and application of maintenance systems across Business Units, ensuring common functionality and user capability.
- Perform maturity assessments and develop annual improvement plans for Business Units to drive excellence in maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a Master's degree preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience in engineering management, with time spent leading engineering improvement across multiple sites.
- Demonstrated successful leadership of maintenance transformation programs across multiple sites in multiple countries.
- Experience with Operational Excellence methodologies (Lean, TPM, 6 Sigma) is a plus.
- Trainer experience is essential.
- Ability to work in both strategic and operational levels.
- Good level of English in writing and speaking, with Spanish a plus but not essential.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
- A full-time hybrid position with 40 hours per week, from an agreed location with easy access to Amersfoort NL.
