Job Description

We are seeking a Senior High-Tech Project Lead to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a Project Manager for New Product Introductions. In this role, you will oversee the setup and execution of complex new product launches, focusing on cutting-edge technologies and systems that make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and rollout of advanced machinery and components, such as those used in semiconductor manufacturing and cutting-edge systems for industry leaders like ASML.
  • Coordinate all project phases from concept through to implementation, ensuring the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field) at the bachelor's or master's level.
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within the high-tech sector, with a strong track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
