Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in the Netherlands. As an HSE Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and advise on improvements to production and working methods to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and corporate requirements.
  • Liaise with managers to ensure that all activities meet legislative requirements and support management in achieving adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze work situations based on Risk Assessment & Evaluations (RI&E) and ensure that action plans are executed.
  • Provide training and ensure that all employees have the necessary health and safety information and training for their jobs.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a HSE relevant discipline.
  • Strong passion for HSE and knowledge of HSE legal requirements.
  • Manufacturing exposure and/or experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the English language in speaking and writing.
  • Work experience with Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
