VacatureomschrijvingAls Legal Counsel bij Makro ben je een essentiële schakel binnen ons Legal & Compliance team.
Jij rapporteert direct aan de Head of Legal & Compliance en werkt nauw samen met verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen van Makro Nederland en de internationale holdingstructuur van de Metro Group die in Nederland is gevestigd.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Bieden van juridische ondersteuning aan het management en de business units.
- Zorgen voor compliance met relevante wet- en regelgeving, richtlijnen van toezichthouders en interne procedures. Met name op gebied van mededingingsrecht, belangenverstrengeling en anti witwassen.
- Adviseren en ondersteunen van de business bij uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken, waaronder marketing- en salesactiviteiten, opstellen van model inkoopcontracten en algemene voorwaarden.
- Behandelen van vastgoed gerelateerde zaken, regulatoire kwesties, interne controle en risicomanagement.
- Ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en bieden van training aan collega's om het juridische bewustzijn te verhogen.
We gaan graag in gesprek met enthousiaste, ervaren Legal Counsel kandidaten die een Academisch (HBO+) werk- en denkniveau hebben. Daarnaast zien we graag:
- Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de groothandel of retail.
- Expertise in Contracting: Solide kennis en ervaring in het beheren van contracten, waaronder leveranciersovereenkomsten, logistieke contracten, IT-contracten en algemene voorwaarden.
- Onderhandelingsvaardigheden: Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden voor zowel contractering als geschillenbeslechting.
- Persoonlijke eigenschappen: Proactief, onafhankelijk, gestructureerd, energiek en leergierig. Een echte teamspeler.
- Trainingservaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van verschillende trainingssessies.
- Taalvaardigheid: Professionele vloeiendheid in Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Kennis, ervaring en affiniteit met privacy en gegevensbescherming worden als een pré beschouwd.
- Kennis en ervaring op gebied van privacy, omgevingsrecht en/of huurrecht is een grote pre.
