About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support our Plant Manager in implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating customer complaints, preparing reports, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of QMS and GMP programs
  • Investigate customer complaints and prepare reports within designated timeframes
  • Support internal and external audits, including BRC, ISO, FDA, and customer audits
  • Lead the GMP audits throughout the site
  • Own all activities concerning pest control
  • Have ownership of PQS and other quality-related trainings
  • Ensure testing of containers in line with the current quality validation and verification plan
  • Perform regular product audits

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Pallecon container business and technical specifications
  • Audit standards and compliance
  • Data analysis and RCA
  • Cross-functional team working

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quality-related role
