Job Summary:

As a SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality SAP TM solutions that meet business requirements. Your expertise will be required in configuring and customizing SAP TM modules, including order management, freight planning, and transportation execution. You will lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, perform system enhancements, and support post-implementation processes. You will ensure smooth integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules and external systems. You will also provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and team members.

Requirements:

4-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management. Proven track record of implementing SAP TM in complex business environments. Strong understanding of transportation processes, including freight planning, carrier selection, and cost distribution. Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) and third-party logistics systems. Excellent communication and client-facing skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
