Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Supervisor to join our team at SYNCREON. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Business Support department and overseeing various functions, including customer service, transfers, inbound planning, and N.P.I.'s.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Support department and ensure seamless execution of daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement effective solutions to optimize business processes and reduce costs

Requirements
