The Role
As an Assistant Project Manager at C&MC, you will play a vital role in supporting, assisting and contributing to the management of various projects within our department. Projects such as building shipyards in Africa. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets, collaborate and facilitate communication with cross-functional teams, contribute to risk assessments, and participate in the development of contingency plans. You will also identify and address project risks and issues, support the timely completion of projects within budget and in accordance with quality standards, and provide updates on project progress and status to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on and energetic personality with at least 3 years of experience in a project management capacity, demonstrating involvement in managing projects successfully. Experience in the Civil industry, solid project management skills, and proficiency with project management software are essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
