Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to critical milestones.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define and maintain project schedules, including trend chart generation and critical path analysis.
  • Analyze incoming schedules from industrial consortia, identifying performance deviations and recommending corrective actions.
  • Provide expert schedule and risk support to project teams during major procurement activities, programmatic reviews, and technical reviews.
  • Develop and implement effective schedule and risk management tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing project control systems.
  • Proactively contribute to the development, maintenance, and update of schedule and risk standards, practices, and processes within the Agency's programs.
  • Support the Agency's activities in capturing knowledge and elaborating best practices documentation in schedule and risk control.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or Business Administration).
  • 4+ years of experience in project planning for aerospace projects, with a focus on schedule control and risk management.
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., MS Project) and experience with Microsoft Project Professional, Visio Professional, and Office Timeline.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
