About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Engineer to join our team at NIBC. As a key member of our Mortgages IT Team, you will play a crucial role in developing, servicing, and maintaining applications for our Retail Bank mortgage departments using the Salesforce platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Set up functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Analyze functional requirements and translate them into a Salesforce solution.
  • Take full responsibility for analyzing, building, deploying, and running Salesforce applications.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce applications using low-code tools.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Salesforce applications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Basic understanding of Apex and willingness to improve coding skills.
  • Fluent language skills in English and preferably Dutch.
  • Team player attitude with excellent communication skills and a sense of accountability.
