We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join our team at Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the maintenance of production and process equipment, making maintenance more predictable and manageable, and reducing production downtime resulting from equipment failure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and refine the existing Planned & Preventative Maintenance programme, improving inspection of equipment and PPM practices.
  • Work with production teams to analyze assets, including asset utilization, equipment effectiveness, remaining useful life, and other parameters defining operating condition, reliability, and costs.
  • Utilize Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize cost, identify gaps, and improve asset performance.
  • Analyze equipment breakdown history to identify repetitive failures and design solutions.
  • Lead analysis of future equipment and systems failures, using problem-solving and continuous improvement tools.
  • Maintain master data and update the Maintenance Management System (SAP-PM).
  • Utilize KAMPS (Kerry Asset Maintenance System) Process and tools.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Maintenance and Reliability.
  • Support training, assessment, and evaluation of site production and maintenance teams.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of industry trends and new technology innovation in Maintenance and Reliability.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Engineering, Asset Integrity Management, or Maintenance & Asset Management.
  • Experience in a similar Maintenance/Reliability Engineering position, with manufacturing industry experience essential.
  • Proven track record of building solid working relationships.
  • Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
  • Proficient in RCM, RCA, and FMEA.
  • Lean & 6 Sigma.
