Process Excellence Leader

As a Process Excellence Leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our EMEA sites. This involves developing and implementing practical process improvement programs, harmonizing initiatives across the region, and building on the strengths of prior transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and facilitate the integration of continuous improvement efforts across sites.
  • Measure and report key aspects of process improvement performance.
  • Work closely with Finance to build operational budgets and calculate financial impacts of improvement initiatives.
  • Deploy opportunities to use process improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Identify and prioritize annual process improvement opportunities in conjunction with the site leadership team.
  • Manage, coach, and develop leaders to embrace process improvement concepts and techniques.
  • Establish PPI training systems to develop site leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or science preferred.
  • 2-5 years working in a continuous improvement related capacity with exposure to lean principles and techniques.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP) is beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to drive functional, technical, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to inspire and foster innovation, collaboration, transparency, and team effectiveness.
