About the Role:
Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled System Product Manager to lead European pre-sales and post-sales system solutions activities. The successful candidate will support Sales/FAE for Standard Server and OEM system business practices, provide support to define customer requirements, develop and drive localized/customized server products to full product life cycle, and lead cross-function teams for post-sales supports such as RMA, failure analysis, ECO implementations, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales/FAE for Standard Server and OEM system business practices.
- Provide support to define customer requirements, develop and drive localized/customized server products to full product life cycle.
- Support product configuration and design.
- Utilize strong project management and technical leadership to drive server product development and solution optimization for EMEA sales.
- Lead cross-function teams for post-sales supports such as RMA, failure analysis, ECO implementations, etc.
- Provide documentation and technical know-how to support Standard and OEM system production lines.
Requirements:
- Technical background and education: BS or MS in Engineering or Physical Science.
- 4+ years of Computer Systems Technology or related experience.
- Experienced in configuring server systems or OEM business for electronic appliances.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership to provide full project support.
- Superior communication and teamwork skills; Fluency in English required, additional languages (Dutch, German, French, Mandarin, etc.) preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours engaging European teams.
