The Role
As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies for our EMEA region
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging store displays and window displays
- Providing guidance and support to our market VM teams to ensure consistency and excellence in visual merchandising
- Reviewing market VM reports and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Creating digital training content to educate our teams on seasonal and non-seasonal direction
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for fashion and visual merchandising. If you have:
- A related university degree and 2-4 years of experience in a fashion VM specialist role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite software
- Strong fashion affinity and awareness of the industry, including brands and trend forecasting/analysis
- Ability to multitask and conceptualize ideas
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
