Job Title: Internship: Cost Price Analysis and Value Engineering
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team in Eindhoven, Netherlands. As a Cost Price Analysis and Value Engineering Intern, you will be responsible for analyzing products and drawings, creating Bill of Materials, and conducting cost price analyses using Cost Engineering software.
Your Role:
- Analyze products or drawings to identify cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.
- Create Bill of Materials and collect material information for cost price analysis.
- Set up process flow and collect process information for cost price analysis.
- Conduct cost price analysis using Cost Engineering software.
- Develop alternative materials, processes, or designs to improve cost price, function, and value for the customer.
Requirements:
- Currently studying in the university of applied sciences, majored in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Affinity with cost price analysis and value engineering.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
- Fluent Dutch is a plus.
