About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domain Security Architect to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company's security architecture and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security architectures and roadmaps to ensure the protection of our organization's assets.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on security best practices and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT management, SC and OT leadership, and external audit teams.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance security awareness and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in ICT, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Security, with at least 5 years of experience working with OT security.
- Demonstrated ability to think and deliver strategically, with a proven track record in risk management, IT / Information Security frameworks and standards, architecture, and information security awareness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively and collaborate easily with others.
- Information Security Practitioner (CISSP/CISM/CRISC) Certification.
- Good knowledge of IT environments, with deep knowledge and experience with OT environments.
- Expertise as a thought leader on Information security.
- Ability to communicate up to c-level.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
