PMO Excellence Specialist

Prodrive Technologies is a world-leading company in the design and manufacturing of high-quality electronics and mechatronic systems. We specialize in delivering innovative solutions across various industries, including automotive, healthcare, semiconductor, and renewable energy.

As part of our further professionalization, a PMO Center of Excellence has been established to drive excellent project, program, and portfolio management across PT's Business Lines and R&D.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management standards and processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Design and deploy new tools and templates to support project management, improving data accuracy and reporting.
  • Create training materials and instructions to educate project managers and stakeholders on best practices.
  • Provide training and coaching to project managers and teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive discipline in execution, ensuring timely and thorough preparation of documentation and adherence to internal and external regulations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in technical and/or project management direction.
  • 5-10 years of experience as a PMO expert or project manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience with stage gating process and gate reviews.
  • Experience with implementing change and improvement projects.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to guide, coach, and advise at all organizational levels.
