Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Manager to join our Sales team in the Netherlands. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals. They will possess excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of the retail industry, and the ability to understand clients' needs and add value. A high level of personal drive and proactive work methods are essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Actively prospect a portfolio of potential clients
- Follow up and develop a portfolio of customers by selling new solutions and services
- Organize answers to tenders and write commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments
- Develop relationships with integrator/vendor partners
- Ensure sales profitability and achieve sales targets
- Develop good relationships within the retail industry, at the highest level
- Participate in client events or trade shows
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
- 4/5 years of experience in a similar position selling complex hardware and software solutions
- Proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals
- Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset
- Ability to understand clients' needs and add value
- High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
- Good negotiation skills (C-Level)
- Ability to prioritize strategic tasks
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Competitive salary: €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience
