Fugro is a leading company in the field of offshore survey, seabed mapping and soil investigation. We are currently seeking an experienced Global QHSSE Manager to join our team.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of approximately €120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, you can also expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes 29 paid holidays per year, flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home.

Job Description

The role of the Global QHSSE Manager is to provide senior management with competent HSSE advice and guidance to ensure that significant HSSE risks are identified and proactively managed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on HSSE support at all levels and areas of the business, including projects, and acting as a subject matter expert;
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining a process to monitor and evaluate HSSE performance;
  • Liaising with clients, regulators and industry bodies to promote a culture of safe operational performance;
  • Representing Fugro in various forums and contributing to improving the performance throughout the organization;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background and relevant professional experience. The following qualifications and skills are essential:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Fluency in English;
