Job Title: QHSSE Business Partner Land

At Fugro, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QHSSE Business Partner to join our team in Europe & Africa. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of QHSSE principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and develop a high-performing team of QHSSE professionals across the Land business line in Europe & Africa.
  • Collaborate with service line directors, project teams, and internal stakeholders to promote a culture of QHSSE excellence.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Analyse QHSSE data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Deliver QHSSE reports and provide insights on resource utilization and QHSSE performance metrics to the business and relevant service lines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, occupational health and safety, or quality management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Ability to deliver training and awareness programs to promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Fluency in English.
