About the Role
We are seeking an IT Business Partner to join our Regional IT team in Europe & Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing IT projects that support our corporate functions, such as HR, Finance, and Procurement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between IT and various business stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Provide guidance on IT solutions and best practices to business stakeholders.
- Lead a wide range of IT projects, including enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, process automation, and data management.
- Identify and implement process improvements, applications, and systems.
- Perform business analysis activities, such as demand management, business case creation, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and organizational needs.
Your Profile
- BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and data management.
- Experience in managing IT projects for corporate functions, such as finance, procurement, and HR.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner and/or Functional Business Analyst.
- Process optimization/automation experience and experience in a project-based B2B company is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
