Operations Coordinator Assistant

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team at BTS. As an entry-level role, this position provides an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in a professional service setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the office management team in coordinating and deploying programs to regional and global clients.
- Partner with experienced colleagues to understand the role and how we work with clients and our systems.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks, arrange and ship printed materials, and prepare IT equipment for delivery.
- Take on more complex and involved programs of work, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful client projects.
Requirements:
- A strong customer service ethic.
- A higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent.
- Be proactive, structured, and organized to support program rollout.
- Resilience and adaptability in navigating change and ambiguity.
- Ability to work at pace and manage workload and shifting priorities.
- Professional maturity, confidence, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Accuracy in maintaining data and using multiple digital platforms.
