About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Security Specialist to join our team at Swift. As a key member of our Agile and DevSecOps teams, you will be responsible for securing our applications and services, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and mitigate security risks in our applications and services
  • Collaborate with Agile and DevSecOps teams to integrate security into their workflows
  • Develop and maintain security standards and guidelines
  • Provide security training and coaching to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of application security and security architecture
  • Experience with security testing practices, tools, and vulnerability management
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
