Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective shopper marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shopper marketing, brand marketing, and sales, with experience working in the FMCG industry. You will be responsible for managing trade marketing programs, creating and implementing activation plans, and working closely with retailers and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase sales
  • Manage trade marketing programs and create activation plans to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with retailers and sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, and sales, gained within FMCG industry
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the BeNeLux trade market
  • Experience of working directly with retailers and sales teams
  • Project management experience
  • Management of shopper marketing agencies
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs, SAP, Fox, and AC Nielsen
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
