About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Shopper Marketeer to join our global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands. As a Shopper Marketing Manager - BeNeLux, you will be leading the coordination and implementation of the trade marketing programs targeted to BNL retailers and ensure that initiatives deliver in-store excellence to ultimately win the point of purchase moment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Marketing & Category Development Director, you will be the first point of contact for all marketing/activation plans across the portfolio of brands.
  • You will create and implement activation plans that drive business growth consistently with the North East Europe Hub strategy.
  • Overall, you will champion and communicate all brand activation plans to the local sales team (BNL) and retailers.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Sales, gained within FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg) trade market.
  • Experience of working directly with retailers and sales teams.
  • Project management experience.
  • Management of shopper marketing agencies.
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs, SAP, Fox, and AC Nielsen.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
