We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at the European Distribution Center in Weert, the Netherlands. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with Kubota quality guidelines
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production engineers and specialists to resolve quality-related issues
  • Document and track quality-related data and metrics
  • Contribute to the development of new quality control procedures and processes

Your Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch
  • Good knowledge of German (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP (QM, WM, PP)
  • Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field
