About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP ECC MM Solution Director to join our team at STAFIDE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to our practice teams to enhance solution development and meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to our practice teams, driving business growth and transformation through innovative SAP ECC MM solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee large-scale consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring that client expectations and objectives are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal sales and delivery teams to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Business Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses of business processes, market trends, and data, extracting actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay at the forefront of emerging SAP trends and technologies, ensuring that solutions provided are cutting-edge and meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience working with SAP ECC Materials Management and SAP ECC Global Trade Services, including hands-on project delivery experience.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in managing and delivering complex SAP consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Leadership Skills: Expertise in mentoring and leading consulting teams, promoting continuous development and the adoption of best practices.
  • Client Relationship Skills: Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for additional collaboration and business expansion.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive data analysis and drive strategic recommendations.
  • Tech Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in SAP technology and materials management to help clients stay competitive.
