As an Event Marketing Coordinator, your primary objective will be to plan and execute events that align with our brand values and target market in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This includes arranging logistics, coordinating with vendors, and managing budgets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and project management skills, with experience in event planning and execution. You should be proficient in Excel and have a basic understanding of analytics. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in event marketing or a related field
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of analytics
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
