Software Improvement Group (SIG) is a global technology and consultancy firm delivering independent software quality assurance solutions. We are seeking a B2B Field Marketing Manager to support our ambitious growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clearly defined marketing and communications strategy to drive demand generation, increase brand awareness, and strengthen our company's position as a global thought leader.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop, write, and edit collateral aligned with the SIG content strategy.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and measure the success of marketing activities, with metrics that include unique web visitors, MQLs, and conversion into pipeline.
- Develop and deliver a marketing calendar that includes DM campaigns, events, (paid) social campaigns, target messaging, and material required to release new solutions.
- Work efficiently and proficiently with marketing technology and tools, such as Salesforce, Pardot, and hotjar.
- Manage PR, social media, and community building efforts for customers, prospects, and influencers, in alignment with the corporate programs and guidelines.
- Optimize the lead/sales conversion funnel to maximize demand, including generation and nurture of leads, as well as closing campaigns and programs.
- Build market intelligence within the MAP/CRM databases to extend outreach of marketing, BDR, and sales activities.
- Simultaneously manage multiple marketing instruments (events, campaigns, PR, etc.).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing communications, and/or product marketing.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience in IT (enterprise software) or financial services industry or management consultancy.
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Native Dutch and fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Independent go-getter and team player who can hit the ground running.
- A willingness to roll up the sleeves and deliver, passionate about building an effort from the ground up.
- Ability to think tactically and strategically, as well as practically and operationally.
- Marketing automation skills, preferably with Pardot/Salesforce.com.
- Web master and desktop publishing skills, including familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Previous B2B marketing experience in technology/enterprise software domain.
